Mobile Field Time Collection 

• Monitor everyone in the field or the yard -- no matter what type of job 

• Weather it's a customer repair order, an new rental setup, or a service call on rented equipment, now there's one single function to collect employee hours -- in real time
   

New Bar Coding Screen​

• We introduced a flexible new bar coding screen designed with several new functions

• It works with either a USB connected scanner or the Acumatica scanner built into the mobile app

• It supports enumeration of bar coded serial numbers being added to any order line

• And it supports a random return process -- relieving the operator from looking up each order line one during the return
   

Mobile Bar Coding​

• Use the mobile app to scan stock items off the shelf and onto a customer service order

• Do the same for a rental order to identify items as they leave the warehouse or when they come back from the customer

Preventive Maintenance Scheduler

• You can now schedule and generate preventive maintenance activities  

• This uses the built-in Acumatica scheduler so you can automatically create these PM's on any schedule with any frequency

Email Inspection Results with One Click​

• Record your equipment's condition going out and coming back using you mobile phone

• Automatically attach phone pictures to the order and each inspection step -- all uploading is automatic, just hit save
• One click and the system generates an email, attaches the inspection report, and sends it to the customer; then the email and the report get attached permanently to the order ​​​​​
